Programmes and PT with Char

These functional strength sessions are booked directly with Char and are available as one-to-one or two-to-one weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Each programme begins with an in-gym consultation to discuss your goals and assess your current strength and fitness levels.

A personalised six-week fitness plan beginning with an in-gym consultation and guided sessions to learn your programme, followed by independent training at home plan.
Working with Me
Online
We all know that finding time to prioritise our fitness can be hard, but working online can help make it more accessible. My gym door is, of course, always open, but if you feel like you want to get your confidence back or to find those small moments in the day then my three phase programme is a great starting point. In addition to this we will find online support too, a space to understand our bodies even better after months of change and adapting.
