This home workout plan is designed to rebuild your foundation of strength and make you feel more confident. Suitable for women who would like to start at the beginning of their strength journey and have some more understanding of their body and how to support each stage.
This home workout plan is designed to rebuild your foundation of strength and make you feel more confident in your journey to feeling stronger. Suitable for women 6 weeks postnatal, this plan includes an at home four week exercise plan focusing on rebuilding foundational strength and confidence.
The next phase of your strength journey we will be focusing on full functional movements and gradually building on these over a 4 week period. Now you have worked on phase 1 and 2 - you can start to build more strength, co-ordination, balance and mobility with phase 3. This plan is suitable for women three months postnatal.
