This approach helps you move better and more confidently in everyday life, making it ideal for those in recovery, postnatal stages, menopause, or anyone looking to feel stronger and more capable.

In daily life, we bend, lift, reach, push, pull, and twist - often in awkward positions. When the wrong muscle groups are used, this can lead to strain or injury. As we age, maintaining strong muscles and bones becomes increasingly important, allowing us to carry out everyday tasks safely and without pain.

Char operates from a private gym, offering personalised 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 training sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals.
