In daily life, we bend, lift, reach, push, pull, and twist - often in awkward positions. When the wrong muscle groups are used, this can lead to strain or injury. As we age, maintaining strong muscles and bones becomes increasingly important, allowing us to carry out everyday tasks safely and without pain.
